Unlike many others on the tournament list, Paige Spiranac was one of the few who had some experience of professional golf. The 29-year-old has played on the Cactus Tour before switching to a full-time social media influencer.

The post was shared after the first round of the tournament. Spiranac along with Nick Jonas and Top Gun Maverick star Miles Teller were seen in the post. The caption read, “Such a fun first round at the #acchampionship in Tahoe with @Miles_Teller and @PaigeSpiranac birdies and pars tomorrow!”

Though the finale didn’t involve much of Spiranac, it still gave us a dramatic end. The celebrity tournament came to a closure on Sunday after former NFL quarterback and CBS commentator Tony Romo came out on top. However, the win didn’t come very easy as the NFL star got involved in drama with former MLB player Mark Mulder.

The victor was decided by two playoff holes and a dramatic sudden-death match between Mark Mulder, Tony Romo, and Joe Pavelski. It was the fifth playoff overall and the first three-way playoff in the history of the tournament.

Romo won after the second trip down No. 18 after they played the 18th hole twice. All three players scored 62 points to end regulation play. On Sunday, Romo scored 25 points to tie for the lead. In the Modified Stableford scoring system, Pavelski scored 27 points and Mulder had 17 on Sunday.
