His fans were mostly delighted to see their formerly active favorite professional golfer tweet after a long time. We could also observe a fair share of questions coming Phil’s way. Obviously, Phil could see this coming after his prolonged absence.
It is fair to say that his tweet was well received by the onlookers, and the post had a fair share of positive reactions and curious questions for Phil to ponder over.
Phil why didn't you pull the players together when you were there the way Rory & Tiger did? I know you say here that leverage was needed but a show of unity by the golfers is the definition of leverage. Feels like it was less about the Tour and more about you.

What happened to Phil’s twitter. I miss the days of Phil tweeting about hitting bombs and his disputes with the USGA 🤣

Fantastic interview, Phil! Good luck this week!

Yeah, Phil. You’re +26 in the 1st 3 LIV events. Let’s keep it consistent. Don’t go out and play like the event means anything to you. It’s better for you to lose since you don’t get anything extra for winning but you’d have to pay your caddy more. I’m guessing v +10 this week!

My understanding is he tried on several occasions. The young group (Thomas, Mcilroy, spieth) are only moved by tiger. And tiger was only moved by the recent threat.

Do you go to work for the fun of it? I think not. You most likely do it for the money to pay bills no matter how you aquired them. Why should the LIV golfers be judged differently? The Saudis to buisness in and with this country every day golf is no different

Phil and Tiger didn't need to be on a board. Their opinions always carried weight.

Kudos @BobHarig for snagging this interview and ending the dry spell for us Phil fans. Sure it’s been a rough couple of chapters but life is a long book and with Phil the Thrill you had to expect some crazy plot twists. But man what an ongoing read! Good luck this week Phil!
