Phil Mickelson give details about his father’s ruthless punishment
Mickelson’s father was a pilot in the US Navy, which ensured that Lefty had a strict background during his childhood. Mickelson introduced his dad on the show and said that he was “a man of very few words.” However, Mickelson didn’t give him a chance to speak either as he started to narrate a story about his childhood. It was about the time when Phil and Tina Mickelson were four and six years old.
It was Halloween and the siblings were craving to eat some of the candy they had collected from the neighborhood. But their old man denied their request as it was too close to dinner time for eating any candy. However, their dad’s denial was not enough to stop their quest to eat candy.
