Wisniewski is not a golfer like her husband. In fact, she works in advertising. Her role is senior business manager at McGarryBowen. She has been associated with the company since 2015. Her start was humble, however. She started as an administrative assistant, wherein she assisted eight of the top employees, including people in account management, planning, and broadcast production.
Her hard work and consistency fetched her current role. Located in Chicago, Illinois, she has been working in this capacity since 2019. Her role entails managing the productions of clients, maintaining detailed knowledge of SAG guidelines and releases to ensure compliance when hiring talent in the US and abroad, and reviewing talent estimates for productions. While Wisniewski’s work is situated in Illinois, Thomas lives in Florida due to the city being a hotspot for his professional career. It is reported that Wisniewski often splits her time between the two locations.

Mrs. Thomas attended the University of Kentucky, where she majored in Journalism. Multitasking seems to be an area she never really struggled with. During her time at the university, Wisniewski was also actively involved as a student center service representative.
Despite her career in advertising, Jillian is not too far from sports. She famously enjoys a round of tennis from time to time. The couple often makes it a point to attend the Wimbledon championships annually.
But how has she acted as a pillar of strength for Thomas on Tour over the years?

“She truly makes me a better person and every time being around her brings out a better side of me,” said Justin Thomas when speaking of his talented wife. And it makes sense wife. Being married to someone who travels as frequently as a pro golfer comes with its own set of struggles. When you add having a job in another city, matters get worse. But the way Wisniewski has managed her professional and personal life is truly worth noting.
Thomas has also previously talked about how Wisniewski makes sacrifices in her own life for the good of his career. He said, “I’m so fortunate that she is as patient and kind of halts her life for the lifestyle that I live. We’ve got a lot of great fond memories to look forward to down the road.”
Even when Thomas was in a “pretty bad space mentally,” for a while in 2021, Wisniewski stood by him like a rock and helped him through it. From hard work in her professional life to dedication in her personal life, Wisniewski has got all the bases covered.
