The retired golfer took to his Instagram handle to share a significant update to his life, or more specifically, to those around him. The South African’s post went ahead to surprise many in the golf community, evoking nothing short of a frenzy of responses for the same!

In a post shared on his social media, the ex-professional is seen sharing a special moment with none other than his granddaughter, Savannah. Player was visibly happy as he walked his little girl down the aisle. Yes, you heard that right. It was her wedding!
The series of snaps that were uploaded showcases the happy duo taking the walk with their family and the granddad-granddaughter pair hugging it out. The 24X PGA Tour winner shared the post with a long caption mentioning how “grateful” he is to “welcome Teddy as member to their ever-growing family”
Moreover, the retired athlete expressed his gratitude as he said, “I am very fortunate to have a family that surrounds me, supports me and cares for me.” Adding to his wishes, the 1978 Masters Tournament winner also advised the newlyweds to “love unconditionally, keep each other laughing,” and always “honor your mother and father.”
