This week, the PGA Tour and its players seemed to have some fun on the course with a small competition. Hosted (sort of) by Harry Higgs, everyone involved had one chance at making a shot. It ended as a hilarious event, as all the professionals enjoyed themselves thoroughly.

The official Tour account shared the video on Twitter, something which even fans seemed to enjoy. It started with Higgs introducing the challenge to the other three players, Joel Dahmen, Jason Kokrak, and Pat Perez.

Let’s take a look at what exactly the challenge was.

PGA Tour pros take up a fun challenge

The challenge was to hit a dead straight 7-iron. As Higgs starts the video reiterating the same, immediate resistance comes from the other three players. Dahmen stated that it was impossible, while Kokrak asked if it was with or without the wind.

As of Perez, well, he just turned away.

Notably, a white flag was their aiming point, completely straight.

It is safe to say that no one really made the shot. While the other two shots left, Kokrak’s shot was something else entirely. As they gathered after their little event, it was decided that the ‘house won’.

The reactions under the tweet were interesting. “The hardest shot in golf is hitting it *exactly* as intended,” wrote one fan. “Pat Perez is a gem,” wrote another. All in all, it was a fun video.

Pat Perez, who also played the Zozo Championship (T44), will next play the OHL Classic. Dahmen too will be playing the OHL classic. Kokrak started his season with the Shriners Children’s Open, not making the cut. The only other event he played is the CJ Cup, where he finished T54.
