With Woods returning to the grass, it is quite natural for the 82X PGA Tour winner to be regarded as the most sought-after player on the field. Making his comeback after 7 long months, the Florida golfer would be aiming to climb up in rankings on the OWGR as he battles it out against long-time pal Justin Thomas in the first round of the tournament.

Meanwhile, the other top professionals of the game, including Max Homa, would be hoping to take the title from defending champion Viktor Hovland as they got paired off against each other on Thursday. Following the same, Brian Harman would be teeing it off against Lucas Glover while Cameron Young gears up to play his first round with Sepp Straka, the current World No. 24.

Tony Finau would see himself battle it out with Wyndham Clark who is currently at the 10th position on the OWGR. However, the topmost athlete in the rankings, Scottie Scheffler has been paired up with Sam Burns, who rose to No. 19 this week. The rest of the field including the likes of Keegan Bradley, Matt Fitzpatrick, Jason Day, and Will Zalatoris will see themselves tee it off against Rickie Fowler, Justin Rose, Collin Morikawa, and Jordan Spieth respectively.
