Tiger Woods has been all the rage in the golf world recently. Ever since nearly a week ago, when he announced his homecoming to the PGA Tour, fans have kept a close eye on him. Woods is playing at the Genesis Invitational this week which is hosted by the Riviera Country Club. And it is certainly not a course known for its navigability. This has many fans concerned as to how the golf legend would fare at the course. And recently, they took to Twitter to voice their concerns.
Tiger Woods has the golf world worried about his health
With its hilly terrain, the Riviera can be quite a tricky course to play on. But the play isn’t what troubles Woods at the moment. Nearly three months ago, the PGA Tour star complained about a severe case of plantar fasciitis. And since his return, fans have been worried whether he could make it across the tough climb at the Riviera without his injuries acting up.

A recent tweet from Barstool Sports’ golf guy, Dan Rapaport, may just have them breathing a slight sigh of relief, though. He wrote, “BREAKING: Tiger Woods has made it up The Hill on 18 at Riviera in one piece.” Fans commented on it voicing their worries about the 82-time PGA Tour winner injuring himself further.
Once…hopefully he can play without too much damage.🫣
I can’t know what drives him…but he’s already the GOAT. Tiger knows it, Jack knows it.
Let it go Tiger. Don’t do permanent damage.
