Is LIV Golf set to receive another set of good players? The golfing world had, a little while back, received news regarding Jon Rahm and his potential move to the Saudi-backed League. However, it seems as if he won’t be alone in this endeavor as another pair of players is supposedly set to follow the Spaniard into the alternate tour.
As per reports, a former No.1 golfer on the Official World Golf Rankings and a Polish athlete are on the list of names who might join the PIF-funded league. Although nothing has been confirmed as of yet, apparently, the piece of news comes from none other than an ex-Ryder Cup player, much to the surprise of the community!

LIV Golf has received a lot of backlash since its inception in 2021. However, this did not stop many top players from joining the league, allowing it to propel into fame over the two years. And, supposedly, to join the set of defectors would be two renowned golfers, Jason Day and Adrian Meronk, according to sources.
In a piece of surprising news, the Saudi-backed league is reported to have obtained the talented golfers as the two become the latest names to make the list to potentially move to the PIF-funded league, as per a former Ryder Cup player. Although the information surrounding the same has been made by a professional who has starred in the biennial tournament, another athlete has reported that they weren’t aware of the same.
Regardless, the speculation around the Day’s and Meronk’s move comes as nothing short of a bombshell after sources reported the Spaniard might do the same. The 29-year-old professional is speculated to join the Middle Eastern league for a whopping $550 million along with his very own team on the circuit.
