So, it seems like Ludvig Aberg has got everyone talking, but why? Well, it’s not just about his golf skills, I can tell you that much. Smylie Kaufman and Charlie Hulme were discussing Aberg, and apparently, Aberg’s good looks had stolen the show, and people just couldn’t get enough of him. “He’s a heartthrob,” said Kaufman. In fact, he even joked that Aberg’s ‘sharp jawline’ has helped him attract a bigger audience.

Kaufman and Hulme were amused by the reaction, with Kaufman joking that Aberg is like a human being created in a lab to be good at sports. He’s got the ideal golf swing, and it seems like he’s got the charm to attract a bigger audience outside of the usual golf fans. As Kaufman put it on The Smylie Show on YouTube, “If you were building a human being that’s good at sports and golf in a lab, he has all the creative player attributes that one might want.”

Aberg’s incredible driving skills were on full display, with his balls flying over 180 miles per hour. This impressive performance helped his team, The Bay, take a commanding 5-0 lead through the first five holes. But that wasn’t all – Aberg also showcased his precision and skill on the green, sinking a remarkable putt from an impressive distance of over 30 feet. “He has all the creative player attributes that one might want,” said Kaufman.

The conversation then turned to how Aberg’s newfound fame might change the way he’s covered in the media, with Kaufman noting that Aberg’s growing popularity could see him become the next big thing in golf. “Maybe Ludvig is gonna transform our game being the next, uh, you know, Roger Federer of golf.”

If you don’t live under a rock, you already know that Federer is a tennis legend known for his charisma and broad appeal. Kaufman wondered if Aberg’s good looks would get him more camera time, even if he’s not necessarily in contention for a tournament. “I wonder that would be a really good study, like compare a golf tournament that he’s won or contended in and the amount of camera time he got in that versus the amount of camera time he got in a two-hour window tonight,” Kaufman said.

Ludvig Aberg kicked off his TGL campaign last night, and it’s safe to say he made a lasting impression, both on and off the course. Prominent journalist Kyle Porter took to X to share a hilarious tweet about his wife’s reaction to seeing the Swedish golfer in primetime. “I was unprepared for my wife’s reaction to seeing Ludvig in primetime,” he wrote.

It’s clear that Aberg’s got a certain charm that’s winning over fans – and not just for his golf skills. Aberg is part of The Bay Golf Club team that started their campaign by defeating the New York Golf Club, and he’s got some tough competition in the newly launched golf league.

But it’s not just his teammates Shane Lowry, Min Woo Lee, and Wyndham Clark who are taking notice, Aberg’s good looks and charisma are making him a fan favorite. Aberg’s good looks have been a topic of conversation lately, with PGA Tour Radio’s Marty Smith even weighing in on the subject. “If you’re someone like Rory [McIlroy]… or now Ludvig [Aberg] because he’s beautiful, right? I mean, the man is handsome,” Smith said.

It’s not just Smith who thinks that Aberg’s beauty is really the talk of the town right now. Some even joked that Rickie Fowler might be giving him tips on how to win over America’s hearts. But his girlfriend, Olivia Peet, is the real winner here, and I think she might agree with me on this one. So, do you think Aberg is handsome? Let us know in the comment section below!
