That is why when the American golfer Bryson DeChambeau called Tiger the “best ever,” Twitter exploded with mixed reactions from the fans.

Even though DeChambeau failed to make the cut at the 2022 Masters, he stayed back to watch and support his comeback event. “I came out to support the best ever,” were his exact words, according to Dylan Dethier of Golf Magazine’s tweet.

Woods and Nicklaus are two of the best golfers to compete in major championships. Nobody has ever been able to beat both of them in terms of the majors. They have won 33 titles altogether.
Nicklaus has won 18 majors throughout his career, including 6 Masters, 5 PGA Championships, 4 US Opens, and 3 Open Championships. He still holds the record for winning the most Masters titles.
While he holds the record of winning the most number of majors, Nicklaus also has the most runner-up finishes in the majors with 19 times. Furthermore, he also was part of the Top 5 56 times, whereas he has been placed in the Top 10 73 times. The golfer has also won 8 majors on the PGA Tour Champions.
