Well, the golfing world is in for an exciting end to the year. The legend of the game, Tiger Woods, is all set to make a comeback to the sport after being away for a long time. Although he had been spotted many times over the past couple of months on the greens, news of the return was confirmed by the golfer himself a while back.
The professional is readying himself to play at the upcoming tournament set to take place in November, but it is yet to be known who will be caddying for Mr. T. Taking matters into their own hands, the fans decided to come up with a solution, all while bringing in the likes of Joe LaCava and Charlie Woods, no less!

While recovering from his injuries and surgery over the past few months, a lot of people witnessed the 47-year-old carrying the bags for his son, Charlie Woods. And a few days ago, the legend announced his intention to play in the Hero World Challenge.
However, curiosity has gotten the better of many in the golfing community as the question of who would caddie for Woods has risen amongst the fans since his regular caddie, Joe LaCava, is currently on the bag of Patrick Cantlay. With this in mind, TWlegion took to Twitter, asking fans who they thought would be the man on his bag upon his return!
The post consisted of a poll asking the followers a single question: “Who will be Tiger’s caddie?” Under the post, four options are given, including the likes of the 15X Major winner’s looper from when he usually plays, Joe LaCava, LaCava’s son, and Rob McNamara, the VP of TGR Ventures and the pros practice partner. The final option asks the followers to comment on the name under the tweet if they have someone else in mind.

While LaCava Sr. leads the polls and is also a very viable option since Cantlay won’t be playing at the event, many in the comment section have pushed forward Woods’ 14-year-old son as the perfect option as well, rallying that it would only be fitting if Woods Jr. held his dad’s bag, just like the latter has been doing these past months.

Although the two are getting a lot of support from the fans, the final decision about overcoming the roadblock of who would caddie for him rests in the hands of the Hall of Famer.
This will be Mr. T’s first official appearance on the course since the 2023 Masters, earlier in April, where he was forced to walk off the course mid-game owing to plantar fasciitis in his ankles. For it, he will undoubtedly be looking for someone who will be able to help him push forward to his older glory during the upcoming event set to take place in November.
