Paige Spiranac is a former American Professional golfer, who now works as a social media influencer and golf instructor. Spiranac has more than 260,000 subscribers on her YouTube channel and 3.2 million followers on Instagram. The YouTube star quit her career as a pro-golfer soon after she started playing.
Although she has a lot of reasons for quitting golf as a pro player, one of the main reasons has always been the consistent criticism she got from the fans. The ex-golfer has received a lot of appreciation for her good looks, but not enough for her game.

She has always battled the constant critique and comparison regarding her looks and her career and she finally had something to say about it!
Paige Spiranac’s critics target her looks
Spiranac is considered to be one of the most beautiful golfers around the world. She was also named “2022’s sexiest woman alive” by Maxim Magazine.

But a lot of golf fans have time and again pointed out the fact that she was only given a chance to play in the tournament because she was good-looking.

And that Spiranac was not as deserving as some of the other players and was only there on the field because of her beauty.
Paige Spiranac responds to her critics’ comments

Spiranac made her debut as a professional golfer at the Dubai Ladies Masters. After struggling in the opening round, the athlete stated that she knew where the criticism was coming from. “When you look at my game compared to the top players in the world, I’m not in the same league,” Spiranac said. “But I wish they could see that I’m working as hard as I can.”

She was happy for the day to have passed somehow. After her first round, she said “I wouldn’t say I was dreading this, but certainly was nervous and anxious thinking about this for the last couple of months.”. She also asked her fans to be nice to her when they see her playing next time. She also admitted that she got an invite to play in the event due to her huge fanbase. “I’m very fortunate that I have all these followers and that they like watching me and seeing what I do,” Spiranac said.

The former LPGA golfer has talked about her plans to grow on her social media presence. She also talked about how she has no plans to go back to professional golf anytime soon. But time will be the better judge of what the athlete might do regarding her future in the sport.
