How to golf with large chests? An awkward question but an oft-faced one for swing instructors. It’s a posture problem, and Paige Spiranac has one advice from her personal experience. Golf Mommy recorded slow-motion clips to better understand where she could improve. Spiranac came across a rather peculiar problem.
She also offered a tip for female golfers who might face a similar issue. “It’s wild seeing what my chest has to do through the swing so my arms can clear lol I can totally understand why women with larger chests who pick up the game feel stuck and uncomfortable. My tip is under on the right arm and over the chest on the left at set up. Also stand a little farther away from the ball ”
I’ve been doing these slow mo videos and in all seriousness it’s wild seeing what my chest has to do through the swing so my arms can clear lol I can totally understand why women with larger chests who pick up the game feel stuck and uncomfortable.

However, some on the Internet took issue with her apparel. One user sarcastically commented, “Fyi (For Your Information), Normal attire for golf.” It’s nothing new for the 30-year-old. She has faced backlash because of her on-course dress, which some deemed inappropriate.
She refused to back down then. She refused to back down now. Spiranac simply responded, “No” to the suggestion that perhaps she should change her dress. Notably, in 2017, responding to LPGA’s new dress code policy, Spiranac wrote a scathing piece on Fortune.

In the article headlined, ‘The Progression of Women’s Golf Is Plunging Further Than Our Necklines’, the social media influencer wrote, “By labeling women as looking “unprofessional” when showing cleavage or shorts worn under a skirt, the LPGA is perpetrating the outdated stereotypes about the connection between what a woman wears and her morals, as well as insinuating that women do not have control over the perception of their bodies, but rather that they must bend to the every whim of the male gaze.”
Notably, Spiranac also faced questions about her physique. Some accused her of going through breast implants previously. But Golf Mommy has always been candid around her body.

On a candid Q&A session with her fans, Paige Spiranac had to field questions about breast implants. One user asked if she went through surgery. The insinuation was at the bodily changes in recent years. Spiranac claimed that it was a natural change that followed her weight gain.
“It’s because I’ve gained weight, but I can see why people question it and are confused sometimes … the human body is a magical thing,” Spiranac was sharp in her response. She, in a later post, also revealed that ‘time of the month’ also impacts how her breast looks. However, that clearly did little to assuage the critics as the latest set of questions and comments showed. Paige Spiranac however is not the one to pull back.
