Paige Spiranac Once Revealed Her Lowest Round in Golf

Paige Spiranac is a name that needs no introduction. She is a well-known professional golfer turned social media influencer. The 28-year-old has more followers than the top golfers of the world. Since she retired from pro golfing a little too early, her fans don’t know much about her skills in the sport. That is why a lot of her fans were eager to know about it when she conducted a Q&A section on her YouTube channel.

As the first question of her Q&A YouTube video, Spiranac chose to answer the lowest round of golf she ever had. Spiranac explained that unofficially she had shot 63 when she used to play at the SDSU (San Diego State University). She added, “but in terminal play, my lowest is a 64, and then I have shot a 65 at a couple of times as well.” 

She further explained that she had gone lower a little bit and then recalled a memory when she almost shot a 62. Paige said, “I was close to choosing a 62, but I missed… missed a short putt, and I had to settle for a 63.” She remembered the incident like it happened yesterday.

She had shot really low scores on the course. However, Paige explained that she had shot really high as well.

She said, “There are rounds like where I can go really low. Or I’ll like shoot a 68 or lower than that, and next day I will shoot like an 80.”

Golfing career of Paige Spiranac in a nutshell

Paige Spiranac began golfing at an early age. She took the sport seriously from then. As a junior golfer, Paige has won the 2010 CWGA Junior Stroke Play Championship at Broke Tee Englewood. The golfer kept her keep her scores under par for three consecutive rounds.

After graduating from college, Spiranac had competed in Ladies European Tour. However, sadly, she couldn’t earn an LPGA Tour card. After trying a couple of times to earn one, Paige retired from the sport.

She had gained many fans during her short span of professional golfing. Therefore, Paige chose to explore the social media world. Now, she is one of the most popular social media influencers with more than 3 million Instagram followers. 

Paige had scored as lowest as 63 in her college tournaments. Despite being a good golfer, she couldn’t find success as one. However, she didn’t stop dreaming and found her success in another passion.
