Paige Spiranac is unhappy with Tiger Woods’ involvement in the PGA vs LIV controversy
Spiranac runs a podcast by the name ‘Playing A Round with Paige Renee’ where she puts forward her opinions for her fans about golf. The ex-golfer has been extremely honest and fearless while speaking about what she feels. She recently talked about how it wasn’t right for the PGA Tour to have Woods involved in the PGA Tour vs LIV Golf drama.

In a recent episode of the podcast, she said, “Tiger Woods had to fly in and basically save the PGA Tour.” after Woods recently attended a meeting with PGA Tour officials. People are calling it a secret meeting for some unknown reason. And according to Paige Spiranac’s episode, it could be because many things that they discussed in the meeting are yet to be disclosed.

Spiranac somehow disagreed with the decision of the Tour to call Tiger Woods for the meeting as she thinks it displayed “panic”. “I think now that you had to fly Tiger in…It’s like the PGA Tour saying we’re scared of live and we like their ideas,” Spiranac said. She also stated that the PGA Tour and LIV Golf are pretty much doing the same thing now.

Paige Spiranac had a suggestion for both the tours
Spiranac has mentioned various personal suggestions in her older episodes for the PGA Tour and LIV Golf to sort things out. And one of the most common and repetitive suggestion that she gave has been for them to sort things out and work together. During this episode, Spiranac said, “why don’t you just combine the tours, and you can do that together”.

Spiranac’s suggestions come from a place where the PGA Tour looks scared to her. She thinks that the former tour faces a threat from LIV Golf’s existence. However, according to her, it would be surprising to find out what the PGA Tour has yet to announce.
