How was Charley Hull’s 2024? On the course, it was good, but in the gym, it was GREAT. Sure, we all enjoyed Hull’s golfing chops, but her fitness routine was something that garnered much attention. Hull’s consistency and hard work have been off the charts. And while we might not say it outright, her fitness friend Kate Davey certainly does.
Recently, Kate Davey, a golf fitness influencer, shared a post praising Hull and wrote, “A year on team @charley.hull 🥰 This year has flown by and it’s been an absolute pleasure to work with @charley.hull . The dedication, consistency and hard work has been another level, you make your own luck through hard work and commitment and Charley is one of the best in the world because of exactly that. I am so excited for this next year and watching you compete again. Season 2025 lets go ⛳️ 💪 🏌️♀️ btw I think we have listened to the tune at least 1000 times in the last year 😂😂”
Well, she isn’t wrong to call Hull one of the best in the world. If you saw her “12 Days of Christmas” workout last year, you’d know exactly why. That routine was intense! We’re talking a mix of cardio, strength, and endurance, with each day pushing her even harder. It was indeed both intimidating and inspiring. It started with ski calories, then moved on to double dumbbell thrusters, cleans, step-overs, burpee box jumps, a 6,300-meter run, and much more.

It wasn’t easy, but that’s exactly what Hull thrives on. And honestly, when you look at her physique, you can see all that hard work paying off.
You see, golf was not always a game that required much physical strength or agility. But these days, fitness has indeed become the first priority for every athlete including golfers. And Hull’s fitness routine goes beyond the gym. She even took the challenging task of ice bath therapy last December. While her fellow golfer Inci Mehmet, didn’t look very comfortable taking a dive in freezing water, Hull was simply non-chalant.
It’s clear that Hull loves her golf, but if you follow her, you know fitness is just as big a deal for her. And if it’s making her game better, who’s complaining? But the bigger question now is when can we expect her back on the course?

When will Charley Hull make her debut in 2025?
Hull’s 2024 season was winless, but it wasn’t exactly bad either. She did give some great performances that included top-10 finishes in five tournaments. She even tied for second place at The ANNIKA. Now, as the 2025 season is on the horizon, naturally, she would aim to break her winless streak and clinch that trophy. So where will she tee off first?
If we follow her last year’s pattern, she might start with the Hilton Grand Vacations Tournament of Champions. She’s played in this event the past two years, and after a strong showing in 2023, it wouldn’t be surprising to see her tee it up again. And with a $2,000,000 purse on the line, Hull definitely won’t want to miss this one. This year’s tournament is taking place from January 30 to February 2, 2025, at the Lake Nona Golf Course.
