However, in a recent episode of her podcast, the golf beauty talked about her secret method of dealing with such situations involving people messing with her on social media.
Spiranac was initially talking about how Brooks Koepka kept his guard up because he wanted to be liked by all his fans. However, she later admitted that she uses similar techniques to the golfer to defend herself against hate on social media. “it’s a defense mechanism,” she said. “I do it on social media. It’s like if you make fun of yourself first, or that’s how I do it to like, protect myself”.

The former professional golfer also added, “It’s not normal for a human being to endure that much hate.” But there are times when people try to be mean to her for no reason. And to avoid such situations, Spiranac prefers making fun of herself first.

She tweeted, “I used to be so worried about being taken “seriously” and pleasing people who didn’t even like me. Everything changed in my career when I started having fun with my content and doing what I wanted.”
