Golfers are always traveling to different course locations for tournaments. And amidst that travelling, sometimes their baggage gets lost in between, which usually includes their expensive golf equipment. And as far as the LPGA’s history is concerned, this is not a new issue. Something similar happened to Jessica Korda last year and Alison Lee last week, and now the latest victim is the one-time major champion, Danielle Kang, who reportedly had to go through the same ordeal.

This 30-year-old golfer was already wounded by her early Amundi Evian Championship exit, and this baggage loss added to her series of misfortunes at the end of July. Thus, the LPGA pro took to social media to express her dissent over the issue.

Kang carried bitter memories from the Amundi Evian Championship. After tie ing 73 and 79 at the end of the first and second rounds, she was not able to make the cut. But along with this, the American professional golfer had another problem coming her way, when her baggage went missing while traveling through British Airways.

As the sentiments piled up, the LPGA Tour pro couldn’t hold herself back, and she took to Twitter, where her emotions exploded.

Kang posted, Dear @British_Airways Please help locate my bag. Bag tag BA602969 from CDG to LHR. it took us 2.5hrs to even make a claim… and no one seems to know where it is. It’s filed missing. Not delayed, missing..thus requesting the airlines to resolve her issue at the earliest. She tagged British Airways, mentioned her bag tag, and pleaded to locate her luggage.

Alison had a travel nightmare the previous week, but that didn’t pull her back from putting in her best efforts on the field. She tied her score at 5-under 66 this Thursday, and this score matched her career-best major, which she once had in the 2015 Evian Championship.

Additionally, she tweeted on Tuesday that her luggage was stuck in Detroit for 40 hours, and that she was then waiting for her wardrobe to arrive after the end of round one!

But amidst everything, this LPGA Pro kept her sportsmanship spirit alive and went on to make seven birdies on Thursday.
