Fans are not impressed. Donald Trump, quite notorious for spending time on the greens, was once again spotted throwing darts in the run-up to the elections. But golf fans on the internet questioned his skills. They pointed out that Trump, despite playing for so many years, hasn’t yet mastered the art. Was his game that bad?

Trump’s shot landed a few feet away from the pin. The video, originally recorded by TikTok influencer, Brent Stewart, captured the former President on the greens, surrounded by his entourage. The ‘ForePlay Podcast’ reshared the clip on their Instagram handle captioning “45. Golf Shot.”

The name of the golf course was not mentioned. Notably, the ex-President was known to frequent his Mar-a-Lago resort during his time at the helm. But be it at Mar-a-Lago or Trump Doral, netizens have battered the 77-year-old for his ‘overrated’ golf skills.

Months ago, at Trump Doral, the former President was playing with LIV Golf Pros. Both Bryson DeChambeau and PIF Chief Yasir Al-Rumayyan were impressed by his skills. But when the clip circulated on the Internet, fans lambasted Donald Trump for his “horrible” swing. This time, too, there was no exception.

Netizens take potshots at Trump!

Reportedly, Trump played Golf on at least 142 occasions, per Forbes. The former POTUS has clocked 285 daytime visits to golf clubs since becoming the U.S. head of the state. Apparently, Trump boasts a handicap of +2. Yet he was once again at the butt end of all jokes.

Taking a jab at the former President, one user wrote that Donald Trump was terrible at everything other than golf. “Only thing he’s remotely good at.” Another user was not convinced even with his game. They believe he might have fumbled while putting. “Why stop the video before he drives his cart across the green?”

Topping even that, one fan wondered how many balls might have ended up in the water hazard before Trump cleared it. Five, they guessed. “After he hit 5 in the water.”

In recent times, Trump has been mired in legal battles. He has over a hundred felony charges, which almost derailed his political career. Some believe it’s only a matter of time before the ex-President lands in further trouble. “Getting as many rounds in as he can before going to prison. I respect it, I’d be doing the same thing,” quipped one Instagram user. Another one echoed the sentiment. “Can’t swing a golf club in a prison cell.” 

Some of them felt Donald Trump has become irrelevant. They requested fewer Trump clips on the page. “No one cares. Less Trump on this page the better.” It seems Trump has to spend a bit more time on the golfing greens and practice his golfing skills to get the approval of the golf fans.
