Hole in one? That’s a cause to celebrate. Many a golfer, amateur or pro, has had that unique opportunity to see the ball roll down the greens and land smoothly in the hole off the tee. Tiger Woods has made several hole in ones, and so have other golfers in professional tournaments where their joy was boundless.
However, when a non-golfer, at least not a sportsman whose primary game is on the links, plays the Ace shot, it is worth a few hoots. But one American Football player couldn’t even rejoice thanks to the Secret Service standing around with guns in their hands.

Larry Fitzgerald is a well-known name in the American Football League, and his accomplishments in his own sport are quite noteworthy. The star footballer took to a game of golf with none other than former President of the United States, Barrack Obama.
The two celebrities traversed the Seminole Golf Club on Juno Beach in Florida and at the 13th hole, Fitzgerald had the most amazing experience. He teed off and watched in awe as the ball rolled into the hole. He probably wanted to throw a party right then and there on the 13th Green.
Sadly, when he looked over, he saw a band of Secret Agents observing to see his next move. He noticed the guns and then realized who his companion was. No doubt, the 44th President was proud, but with an army by their side, the Football player had to swallow his joy and the hint of resentment for not being able to throw his golf club in the air and hop around the golf course. His restraint was truly noteworthy as per Golf Digest.
Playing with the former President is an unforgettable experience. Making an Ace while the big man watched was like seeing the face of God. But not being able to celebrate the remarkable achievement was a tough pill to swallow.

As a man in charge of one of the most powerful nations in the world, no doubt, ex-president Obama had a lot of responsibilities. Still, he couldn’t quite quench the thirst for golfing greens even during his tenure.
A study showed that during his time in office, the first black President of the United States spent 3% of his time on the golf course, enjoying the sun on his face and watching the tiny white balls trail to 5994 holes. He played 333 rounds during his tenure while juggling major responsibilities as the leader of the States. Even after his tenure, he has remained involved with the sport, often sending out good wishes to the players.
Without question, several golfers came across the jovial President in his golfing outfit. Not many stories parallel the humongous achievement followed by a demure composure such as Larry Fitzgerald had to employ. It is a time he will never forget.
