The ongoing PNC Championship features an impressive list of players, including retired and amateur golfers. Since the beginning of the tournament, the meet-up of the players, new apparel featured by the team, and many other things have been the topic of the talks. While as the tournament began, team Langer being the defending champion at the PNC Championship, got the limelight. Even more so on Jason Langer who showed an impressive feat even though he is pursuing a full-time career other than golf.
With Team Woods being victoryless for the PNC Championship, the exceptional performance from players has become a concern for the greatest and his son. Even during the press conference, Tiger Woods was asked by the moderator, “Were you pretty comfortable at that time, or were you still in a little bit of awe or nervous?” Answering to that, Woods said, “Of course. I’m always nervous out there. That’s the fun part. I’ve always told you guys that if I’m not nervous, that means I don’t care. I care about what I do.”
The nervousness behind the tough competition on the course is the teams competing against Team Woods. While being the defending champions, Team Langer is also not leaving any stone unturned for their second consecutive title this year and making the road to victory for Woods tougher. Even during the press conference of the PNC Championship, both Bernhard Langer and Jason Langer were very confident with their performance and experience at the course.

Jason Langer was asked about how things have changed since his debut in 2014 till 2024 journey and how it has been. To which he answered, “Compared to 2014, it’s the first time I played. I’m just much more relaxed. Just really, truly having a good time and having fun.” Sharing furthermore about it he said, “My expectations for my game are definitely lower, at least now, than they were five years ago or six years ago. I don’t quite play as much, and you know, working and all that.” The reason behind Junior Langer’s limited availability on the course is his career off the course, where he works as an investment banking analyst at ‘Centerview Partners’.
The polar contrasts between the teams are just a sight to watch, where one showcases nervousness related to caring for his game, while the other shows their relaxed side. It would be a great golf experience for the fans and the players. And, it is turning out to be true, as after three rounds at the PNC Championship, we are still not sure who will take the title.

Leaderboard position after round 3 at the PNC Championship
After three days of witnessing the best golfers competing alongside their youngsters, there is still no sign of who will take the championship. With very close finishes and rankings, one good putt can change the position. As of now, three teams are tied for the first position with a score of under 13. While even the next two teams are not far behind with an under-12 score.

The three teams leading after round three include Team Woods, Team Langer, and Team Singh. Continuing the list, Team Lehman and Team Harrington are also just one shot away. Team Tiger Woods and Charlie Woods will be looking for their first win at the tournament, whereas the other teams langer and Singh will be aiming to secure their second title.
