Recently, an old podcast of the two has even shown their alliance during the most embarrassing moments of their younger days.

Taking a stroll down memory lane, a flustering story of Nelly Korda’s life resurfaced as she narrated her childhood chronicles with Jessica Korda and their youngest sibling, Sebastian Korda! The said story’s living memory through a video had the Olympic Gold Medalist cringing on her lacking skills in a particular contest, drawing a horrified reaction from their parents.

Nelly Korda narrates her “embarrassing” story

Nelly Korda and Jessica Korda are 5 years apart in age. However, the duo have had a blast during their early years, per the golf stars. Coming from an athletic family, the Korda sisters were notorious children full of energy and enthusiasm to display in various domains of talent.

With the two of them and their younger brother in the house, they used to plan dance contests and groove till their heart desired. Narrating the story, Jessica Korda said, “We’ve all been really close. Like, we have had like dance contests inside our garage and like that’s what we did growing up.”

Nelly Korda meddled in and shared how embarrassing it was when she found the video of her dancing. The 8x LPGA winner said, “By the way, very embarrassing. I watched the video a couple of days ago. Never, never resurfacing ever again.” The golfer also expressed that the embarrassment was wholly because her “parents were crying” as she “was not a good dancer back then.”

Moreover, the older sister added that Nelly Korda’s dance routine had “cowboy movements” and it was “so funny” going back to the nostalgic path. The younger sister was also so shocked by her moves that whenever she thinks back to it, her natural reaction is “Oh My God!” Touching their past days reminds the golf world of their current status in life and what the dynamic duo is up to at the moment.

Nelly Korda tees off while her sibling enjoys her pregnancy

Nelly Korda was on a break after the saddening ending of the Solheim Cup. Korda missed the Walmart Arkansas Championship, the Ascendant LPGA event, and the Buick LPGA in Shanghai. However, she made the much-awaited comeback in the BMW Ladies Championship, finishing at T16 despite a great display of skills. Her last appearance was at the LPGA Maybank Championship where she stood tied at 6th.

The LPGA Tour Professional is once again missing the TOTO Japan Classic as the second-last event before the final CME Group Tour Championship. The golfer has qualified for the ultimate tournament as she stands 15th on the Race to CME Globe lost. Meanwhile, Jessica Korda took a break from golf as she sustained injuries and needed a recovery break in May.
