Prior to major events in our lives, it’s human tendency to find motivation in experiences that comfort us and move us in the right direction. Sometimes these experiences offer themselves to us, and other times, we go in their pursuit. Whichever the case is, they sort of prepare us for what’s about to come.
With the Solheim Cup stepping up really close, amid her preparations, Megan Khang witnessed one of her dreams come alive for her, and it’s not related to golf at all. Khang received a highly regarded honor, and she happily posted pictures of the event as well. Perhaps this pump in momentum will carry through for her into the Solheim Cup as well.

Cross-sport camaraderie rarely shows itself in public, but when it happens, it’s a pretty sight. Megan Khang’s dream involved one such crossover, and it came true a few hours ago, at the Red Sox game.
Khang was offered the honor of throwing the ceremonious first pitch at the baseball game between the Red Sox and the Baltimore Orioles. The Red Sox’s Instagram page shared a story of Megan Khang’s throw. In the video, she enthusiastically released the ball and looked quite excited to see it flying away.
Khang had shared the story on her page and captioned it comically. She wrote “Lol wasn’t the prettiest, but it stayed in the air 😂” She had also shared pictures from the events, with her wearing a Red Sox jacket numbered 23.

While Khang lived through one of her dream moments, her Solheim Cup teammates have had notable social media moments as well. Especially Nelly Korda and Lexi Thompson, both of whom have been engaging their fans on Instagram diligently.
Notably, while Korda took a break after her displays at the Portland Classic, Thompson appeared at the Kroger Queen City Championship as part of her preparations ahead of the Solheim Cup.

Solheim Cup mates show off how fit they are on social media
Lexi Thompson recently during the Portland Classic tournament posted a picture of her flexing her arms. Although she focused on recommending a pain-relief product, the photo focused on flaunting her fitness. With her physical training on point, hopefully, her performance in the Solheim Cup would be noteworthy.
Nelly Korda has not been missing out on social media attention either. The 25-year-old showed off her body balance through a workout video she shared hours back. She was performing a one-leg stand with her other leg raised. The maneuver was a bit too complicated to explain in great detail here. In case the story disappears before you find it, we are sorry.
