One of the reasons she was not seen on the greens was because of her child and let’s face it, it was no piece of cake being an athlete whilst taking care of an infant. Like traveling can be stressful enough, but add a baby to the mix and it’s a whole different ball game. Without a baby, you can wake up at 4:20, get picked up by 4:45, and still have time for a quick coffee grab before boarding. Sounds relatively relaxing, right?

But with a baby, it’s a mad dash to get out the door on time. You’re talking about waking up at 3:45, making coffee at home, and arriving at the airport a full hour and 20 minutes before the flight. And that’s not even counting the inevitable TSA stop to gate-check the stroller, the frantic bathroom break to change a diaper (and maybe even sneak in a quick pee break for yourself), and the general chaos that comes with traveling with a baby. It’s exhausting just thinking about it!
