As we begin 2022, Rolex revealed the latest weeks rankings and in them, Nelly Korda yet again maintained her position on the top. With this, she passed LPGA Tour golfer Stacy Lewis’ record for the most time spent at the top spot by an American, at 26 weeks. Another astonishing feat for the decorated athlete!

Lewis is a 13-time winner on the LPGA Tour, who has two majors titles to her name; the Kraft Nabisco Championship in 2011 and the Women’s British Open in 2013. She bagged the top ranking in 2013 for four weeks and then again in 2014 for 21 weeks!
A rough break-down of the top-50 spots was also on the list. In it, a massive number of 13 players are Koreans, followed by a close 12 from the USA. Moreover, 6 golfers are from Japan and 5 five are from Thailand.
