Athletes always appreciate legendary players, despite their respective sports. The same was the case for LeBron James, who was appreciated greatly by golf legend, Tiger Woods back in 2020. The American professional basketball player is part of the Lakers team in the NBA. Nicknamed “King James,” he is known for his outstanding performances throughout his career. The golf legend has been following his game, and his respect for the Lakers player has increased.

Woods, being the G.O.A.T. of golf himself, highlighted the rich possibility of LeBron being the rightful candidate. He said, “He’s played in on different teams and won championships and every stop he’s been at, and the fact that he’s been doing it for so long, in a sport that’s so brutal, and the fact that he doesn’t miss games.”

The former no.1 added that the NBA star has never been hurt, and he has sustained much wear and tear however, he never missed a single game. “He’s truly a freak of nature in that regard,” said Woods. James has been able to take care of his body and his form and has been able to carry his great game for an extended period of time, which was commendable.

According to the pro golfer, thinking about the pro basketball player that he could not play or continue for more years was a scary feeling. However, someday it would end. Even though Woods was aware of it, he wanted LeBron to play for a very long time.

James was the perfect hybrid of Magic Johnson and MJ. And it’s remarkable how well he scores in every possible way. Even though, the former basketball player, Magic Johnson, was the only player who could play all five positions. And LeBron was able to do the same; he could play all five at any given time, said Woods.
