It has been a long time since Paige Spiranac quit her career as a professional golfer. The social media sensation has tons of fans on the internet. Spiranac also runs a podcast where she talks to her fans and answers their questions. And in a recent episode, she confessed to hitting her mom with a golf ball on purpose.

Why did Paige Spiranac hit her mom with a golf ball?
Paige Spiranac is widely known for her honest remarks and fearless judgments about anything happening in the sports world. However, the same goes for her personal life. And she never hesitates to talk about whatever she has faced or done during her years growing up.

In a recent episode of her podcast, Spiranac admitted doing something none of her fans could have imagined. The ex-golfer said that there was a time when she hit her mom with a golf ball purposely. She was talking about how she had never been hit by another golfer’s golf ball while playing on the field, and then came the confession.

“I was in a bunker and my mom doesn’t know golf,” she said. Spiranac described herself as a ‘snot-nosed 13-year-old kid’ and said it was when her mom was actually trying to train her to play better. “I was there for about two hours,” Spiranac said. “She was walking away to get the golf balls…I, like, nailed her in the back.” Although it didn’t cause a serious injury to her mother, she definitely figured out that Spiranac did it on purpose.

Is Spiranac planning to come back to professional golf?
Paige Spiranac wanted to be an amazing golfer since her college days. She even tried to qualify for the LPGA Tour, but failed. However, ever since quitting her professional golf career, Spiranac has been working full-time as a social media influencer. She admitted that she didn’t want to play professional golf again since she felt she was not the best at it.

Spiranac explained that playing among such talented women golfers was a huge task for her and she could never imagine beating them. The golf beauty wants to be the best at whatever she does. And she is pretty confident that she is one of the best at what she’s currently doing!
