Alan Shipnuck, a writer, recently posted the picture of Norman, when the bodyguards forced him to leave from the LIV Golf Invitational Series press meet. Shipnuck is the biographer of Mickelson’s biography titled ‘Phil.’
Notably, he posted the controversial comments Mickelson said about Saudi Arabia online. Following the article, the golfer faced many troubles. Amstel Light, KPMG, and Workday terminated their endorsement contracts with him. Furthermore, Mickelson also had to take a long break from professional golfing.
The Round 1 of the LIV Golf Invitational is the first event the golfer has played since the controversies. The 2022 Saudi International was the last event he played as a professional. Notably, according to Shipnuck’s post, he was thrown out of the course during Mickelson’s press meet.
