Minjee Lee is currently teeing it up at the Aramco Series in Riyadh. The Australian golfer stands at second, just two strokes off Alison Lee. Minjee defeated Alison in the playoffs at the BMW Ladies Championship last week and won the 10th title of her career.

The month of October will be unforgettable for the Lee family as a few days prior Min Woo Lee had clenched the SJM Macao Open in China. As the two siblings are having a fantastic run and writing their name in golf history, Minjee got candid and came up with a massive revelation.

“Whenever I see him, I feel like it’s a little bit more motivation for me to step up my game and perform as best as I can,” Minjee said, “I think Min Woo has a bit more of a rivalry with me than I do him, but I’ll always be his biggest supporter and I know he’s mine as well.”

She also showed her gratitude as they are both “living our dream” and playing the game they love professionally while traveling the world. However, there is one dream that Minjee wants to fulfill in her career.

Minjee Lee desires to lead the world ranking

Minjee Lee currently stands at 4 in the Rolex World Ranking. The golfer has just one dream, to be the best in the world. After her win at the BMW Championship, Lee expressed her wish in the post-match press conference.

Minjee said, “I still haven’t been able to reach world No. 1 yet. So that is the goal for me and that is where I want to reach.” With only four events remaining on the LPGA schedule, if Minjee plays exceptionally at all events, she may achieve her dream of becoming the world’s best female golfer.
