Bryson DeChambeau has been on a break from competitive golf since the 2022 Masters. He is still recovering from the injuries he sustained earlier and is taking small steps towards recovery. But even though on the sidelines, the 28-year-old professional stole the limelight with his recent Instagram story.

The one-time major championship winner shared a wonderful picture on the social media platform. In the image, a shirtless DeChambeau flaunts his build.

DeChambeau is currently going through a recovery period following surgery on his left hand.

He shared the story along with a few words, saying, “Before the shredz. More motivated than ever to comeback stronger and leaner Just wait…”

DeChambeau’s words reassure his fans all over the globe that the big-hitting professional is en route to recovery, and we can expect him to make a strong comeback sometime soon.

Notably, he injured his left hand when he fell on the concrete floor and heard a pop sound two years ago; he underwent surgery on April 14th for the same.

How did Bryson DeChambeau play at the 2022 Masters?

DeChambeau did not play as expected at this year’s first major championship. Sadly, he did not make it to the weekend. Bryson ended the event with an overall score of 12-over-par. As a result, he missed the cutline by whopping eight shots. On top of that, he carded an opening round of four-over-par, 76.

His round of 76 included one birdie and one bogey on the opening nine holes. As a result, he moved out in level-par, 36. DeChambeau made three bogeys, one double bogey, and a birdie on the back nine to wrap up his first round.

The 28-year-old shot a round of eight-over-par, 80 on Friday. His second-round included three bogeys on the opening nine holes, and he moved out in three-over-par, 39. Bryson recorded two double bogeys, one birdie, and two bogeys on the back nine to end his chances of making the cut and continue playing at Augusta National Golf Club.
