Though the LPGA has many events on its tour, they are about to add a new event to its schedule next year. In 2024 the LPGA will be adding the FM Global Championship which will be played from Aug 29-Sept 1 at the TPC Boston Golf Club in Arnold Palmer Blvd, Massachusetts.
The field will be comprised of 144 players who will be competing for a $3.5m purse which is the highest purse on the LPGA Tour, of course, other than the majors. This news comes months after the LIV Golf tried to make a deal with the women’s tour.
