Many golfers have nearly doubled their net worth after joining the LIV Golf Tour. They have made in a short span of time nearly as much money, and even more in some cases, than they did by being on the PGA Tour.

The events at LIV give away a staggering prize money of $25 million. Of course, all players get a slice of the cake. The American player Talor Gooch is no different and has gotten a big share of this money over a period of time. Some would say he got the slice of the cake with a cherry on top with his recent $18 Million crowning as the LIV Golf League’s Individual Champion.

Talor Gooch has been a part of two tours. He was a part of the PGA Tour before moving to the LIV Golf Tour. While he was playing on the PGA Tour, he participated in 27 tournaments and missed 12 cuts in total.

With 1 win, 11 top-ten finishes, and 9 top-five finishes at the PGA Tour, Gooch has earned a total of $9,250,299 during his time playing at the PGA Tour. He then went on to the LIV Golf tour in the hope of a better future.

The move to LIV finally materialized in May 2022, where he finished ninth at the LIV Golf London at Centurion Club, which fetched him $580,000. Today, Gooch has $10,016,733 from LIV Golf. He also won the Individual Champion title, which was worth $18 million.

His earnings on LIV Golf have been from individual and team events. The player earned a sum of $8,891,733 from individuals and $1,125,000 from the team earnings. Adding further onto these is the recent win at LIV Golf Jeddah, which was worth $4 million.
