Charley Esmee Hull is considered to be one of the best female golfers England has ever produced. The golfer, who finished T2 at the 2016 Chevron Championship and T3 at the 2022 Evian Championship after turning pro in 2013, has struggled a bit in the past few weeks.

Let’s see what things had been like for her going into the ongoing tournament. Last month she failed to make the cut at the KPMG Women’s PGA Championship after a horrendous +13 over par. Prior to that, she had also missed the cut at Meijer LPGA Classic.

Having in that in mind, she has done so much better at the 2023 US Women’s Open. She has made it to the weekend and her fans, understandably so, are over the moon and spurring her on to finish better.

High expectations from fans should keep Hull motivated

Some believe she can even win the title!! Here are some of the interesting comments from Hull’s fans.

“Hang tough…beast of a course so you’re well in this…swing true 👍 🙂”

‘Well done Charlie 👍”

“You can win it!!! Current leaders are inexperienced!!!! Norm. ❤️”

Hull is currently eight shots off the pace at Pebble Beach. Even with all the love and admiration Hull is receiving, it is highly unlikely that she will win the tournament. But she can still finish respectably. At the Mizuho Americas Open earlier this year, she had finished tied 21st, hopefully, she will finish better than that at Pebble Beach.
