The couple tied the knot in 2004. Unfortunately, their marriage ended 6 years later but the bond between the two retracted in no time.
Their divorce caused a massive hue among their fans who had been following their love story since the very beginning. Bad times aside, the two have come together back as a platonic unit this time. Woods recent gesture along with his son Charlie for his ex-wife on camera, left his fans in a bundle of mixed emotions. Some of Woods’ fans said that it was a “classy act“. Before the father-son duo took to the court for the first round at the PNC championship, they had something planned in their minds. According to Jason Sobel, a golf journalist’s tweet, Tiger and Charlie after hitting their first tee looked into the camera and congratulated Elin, for giving birth to baby boy this past Thursday.
For the two beautiful children, Sam Alexis Woods and Charlie Alexis Woods, Tiger and Eline continued to co-parent; hence playing crucial part in each others lives. They’ve truly evolved into becoming good friends. As is said, time is the best healer; few years down the lane the 15-times major winner referred to Elin as his best friend.
Before the round started, Tiger asked NBC/Peacock to have a camera by the first tee. After he and Charlie hit their tee shots, they looked into the camera and congratulated Elin, Tiger’s ex-wife and Charlie’s mom. She gave birth to a baby this past Thursday.

Golf journalist, Jason Sobel’s tweet regarding Tiger’s gesture at PNC championship, was filled with mixed set of comments. Some were in awe of Tiger Woods, others had a very aggressive response to it. One of the Twitter handles seemed so triggered by Tiger’s gesture that he wrote, “Dude how dare you. That man did unspeakable things. That’s absolutely disgusting of you. I am so triggered.” on Sobel’s tweet. While another person commented defending his idol, “What is cringe about it? Let me guess, you just want to be negative?”
Praising his idol one of Tiger’s fan commented saying. “Tiger has been humbled by his past mistakes and grown up, he realizes the value of family. Let he who is without sin cast the first stone.” Clearly, Tiger’s gesture has took people on different levels, some thought it to be genuine, others took it for an ingenuine gesture.

Tiger wasn’t a good husband to put it mildly! However, in the past both he and Elin have supported their children together! This is wonderful. More divorced parents need to take a lesson. It’s not about Tiger and Elin; it’s about raising their children
