In the recent video posted by Spiranac on her Twitter handle, she humbly requested that golf enthusiasts not make a similar mistake.

She said, “Major season is sadly coming to an end with The Open this week, and your yearly reminder to say “The Open” not “The British Open”. Sharing about the consequences of what might just happen in the case of this mistake, she hilariously said that anyone who makes the error “will make golf purists’ mind explode.”

She also gave a preview of the tournament and shared details such as the event’s venue, par, and yards. She also gave honorable mention to Cameron Smith for being the defending champion and to Rory McIlroy and Tiger Woods for being two of the most notable winners of the major.

But the 33-year-old’s video just did not end here, as she asked her fans to hold on for something special!

Spiranac asks her fans to wait for her suggestions for the coming weekend

Before any prominent golf tournament commences, Spiranac always shares her list of favorites, a list of players who she thinks can win the tournament given their recent performances. But there have been times when her picks have been wrong, and it has driven her crazy.
