That was uncharacteristic of Paige Spiranac. Golf Mommy going silent (virtually) wasn’t expected. Spiranac used to share regular updates on her Instagram profile. Updates on her projects, any future appearances, and more often than not, Q&A sessions with fans. It’s her way of staying connected to her 4.4M followers.

That hasn’t been the case lately. But it’s not because of the TikTok blackout or the rumored ban of that social media platform—something that might cost Paige Spiranac upwards of $100K. Not really. She has been busy. The 31-year-old celebrity golf influencer was gearing up for a project that she teased in her latest update.

Spiranac posted a clip on her Instagram handle, acknowledging that she hasn’t had anything to share lately. “I thought, ‘Yo, I’ll take a little bit of a break,’ and then when things get really busy then I will have more stuff to share.” That time has come, apparently.

Although Paige Spiranac didn’t divulge all the details, she spoke with a broad smile on her face. “I am very excited on (sic!) some of the things I’ve been working on. It’s a little bit of a secret right now. But I’ll be coming soon.” Well, fans have to wait a few more days to get a glimpse of what Spiranc was talking about. But for now, they can be sure of getting more updates from the celebrity influencer.

Paige Spiranac also announced in the same Instagram story that she would be at the PGA Show, the golf business exhibition run by the PGA of America. This year, the mega event will return to Orlando for the event running through January 21 to 24. Spiranac has previously attended the event in 2019 as well. 

It should be noted that although Spiranac was absent from Instagram, she was quite active on X (formerly Twitter). That’s where shared her take on the TikTok ban rumors. You would think a $100K loss might tick her off, but the case was anything but that. 

How Paige Spiranac responded to TikTok ‘ban’

Well, there was always the chance that the social media platform was going to be blocked in the United States. But that ‘error’ message was nothing but a brief blackout. For content creators like Spiranac, a ban on TikTok meant a dip in the annual paycheck. Marca estimated that the golf influencer earns around $100K from her TikTok posts alone. 

As the social media platform came back to life, Paige Spiranac quipped, “The TikTok drama the past 24 hours reminds me of the scene in Almost Famous where they thought their plane was going to crash so they told each other their deep dark secrets then seconds later the turbulence was over lol.” 

Spiranac, an aspirational LPGA pro turned golf influencer, completed almost a decade in the vibrant world of influencer business. Perhaps, that’s why she can separate rumors from reality. The 31-year-old, by the way, has been posting about NFL matches recently. Now she will be back in Golf it seems.
