The 2024 Memorial Tournament presented by Workday has concluded the first 18 holes. The golf course at Muirfield Village Golf Club had softened due to rain and was a bit tough to conquer. However, a solo leader still emerged from the 73 players’ field. After playing in his home country at the RBC Canadian Open, Adam Hadwin shot 6 under 66 to lead the Memorial Tournament.

As per the PGA Tour, The 18-hole leader will be starting his second round at 8:10 AM with Sam Burns to maintain his lead. Following the Canadian pro is the reigning Masters winner, Scottie Scheffler. The 10-time PGA Tour winner seems to never miss a shot, as he carded 5 under 67 with six birdies and a single bogey in the front.

The solo second on the leaderboard after the opening round will start round 2 with Ludvig Aberg at 1:40 PM. Are you wondering about the defending champion?
