This year, the Solheim Cup took place at Finca Cortesín in Andalucía, Spain. The match-up was evenly contested between the European and American teams. Some controversies also garnered a lot of attention.
The match-up was tied at 14-14. In the event of a tie, the past winner gets to retain the cup so Team Europe came out happier of the two. Many prominent American players like Justin Thomas and Jessica Korda have spoken about the inclusion of a play-off clause post the event but there has been a deafening silence from the LPGA cover girl Nelly Korda. Amid all this, another Solheim Cup participant and Nelly’s best friend Megan Khang appears to have moved on from the disappointment.

Khang was one of the top performers for America, having won 3 and drawing one out of her four games. No wonder she is not brooding over the Solheim Cup disappointment so much, like Nelly Korda who had a disappointing outing by her high standards.
Megan Khang posted a story of a coffee drink next to a congratulatory sign displayed at a bar. The drink seems to be an iced coffee brew with a cinnamon stick in it and tons of foam on top. Megan Khang’s love for coffee is widely known and she is Nelly’s elder sister Jessica Korda’s favorite coffee date person as well.
The huge board placed next to her coffee read: “Iced Java Chata, BGC Cold Brew, Rumchata Kahlua… Congratulations Meghan.” Khang wrote on the photo, “@Bostongolfclub with the personalized drink.”
This drink comes at a good time as the golfers are now preparing to bounce back from their recent disappointing weekend at Finca Cortesín in Andalucía, Spain.

First day and the most interesting match that she played was with Lexi Thompson as her teammate and Swedish rookie duo of Linn Grant and Maja Stark up against them. Khang-Thompson beat them by a score of 2&1. They set the tone for the Americans who went on to win all four foursomes on the opening day.
