Nick Taylor is one of the best professional golfers in Canada who turned pro way back in 2010. In 2014, he won his first PGA Tour event at the Sanderson Farms Championship in Mississippi. His victory marked a player from Canada’s first PGA Tour triumph in the previous seven years. Again, Taylor showed his remarkable skills in the 2020 AT&T Pebble Beach Pro-Am. He had a one-shot lead over Phil Mickelson, and won the tournament by four strokes over Kevin Streelman. Interestingly, the golfer credits the major chunk of his successful vocation to the unwavering support of his family.

Taylor finished just two strokes behind Scottie Scheffler at the WM Phoenix Open in February of this year. The golfer, who is now ranked 69th in the world, is showcasing his incredible abilities at the RBC Canadian Open. He established a new record at Oakdale Golf & Country Club by shooting a 9-under 63 there. At 11-under, he is now tied with Englishman Aaron Rai for eighth place. His achievements are no joke, but perhaps they would not have been possible without regular encouragement and support. Fortunately for Taylor, his wife, Andie Taylor, provides him with enough of that.

Meet Nick Taylor’s Wife

On May 11, 2014, Nick Taylor and his wife, Andie Taylor, exchanged vows. It has been a successful nine years since their marriage. Andie is also of Canadian origin. 

Andie is actively engaged in social services. She works at Canada’s Abbotsford Regional Hospital, providing her services there. Taylor supports her wholeheartedly in her noble humanitarian activities. The couple is very involved in their communities and put in a lot of time volunteering and helping others. More than $225,000 has been raised by them both for the UFV Cascades Athletics Golf Program.

Andie was in Canada working her final shift as a full-time social worker at Abbotsford Regional Hospital when Nick won his first PGA Tour tournament. They eventually met at the airport after his legendary victory.

As for social media, Andie is a very private person. Although she has an Instagram account, it is private. However, her spouse never hesitates to post about her.

Despite the fact that they both have their own obligations and jobs, they are always there for one another. They have someone who is more important to them than anything else, in addition to the duties they must manage.

Meet the couple’s adorable babies

On his Instagram last month, Nick revealed the most wonderful news. He announced the birth of his daughter. He wrote:  “Last week our family got a whole lot sweeter with the addition of our baby girl, Harper Mae Taylor. Mom and Harper are doing great and Charlie is embracing his roll as big brother!”
The Taylors, Darlene and Jay, are Nick’s parents. He also has an older brother who is a musician and a golfer. We look forward to seeing Nick’s entire family, including his newborn, support their father on the course.
