The 52nd-ranked player in the world, Max Greyserman, has found some great form in 2024. Having turned pro in 2017, fans are expecting him to start bagging wins soon. He has already had two back-to-back runners-up finishes at the 3M Open and the Wyndham Championship in July and August 2024.

Elaine was an athlete herself during her university years who played tennis. Studying at Rutgers University in New Jersey from 1990 to 1992, she earned varsity letters from her university for her contributions to the sport.
Alex also studied at Rutgers University. He attended the university to get his PhD around the same time. Alex has 4 degrees to his name. This is where he met Elaine. Perhaps the familiarity of their experiences is what got them closer. Soon after, Alex and Elaine decided that they wanted to build a family together away from all the destruction they had witnessed back home. They took up multiple jobs and built a home for Greyserman and his siblings.
During their early years, they had not even heard of golf. Fortunately, during one of their trips to Florida, they saw a poster. It was an advertisement for free golf lessons from Mike Adams. The poster stated that the lessons were available in Florida and New Jersey. Greyserman was still in a stroller when his parents first brought him to the Champion Course. His parents eventually decided to enroll him in the lessons and train under Mike Adams.
Mike ended up coaching Greyserman over his core skillset. And Greyserman hasn’t stopped teeing off ever since he received his first golf set. Eventually, Alex also achieved success in his profession and ended up becoming a chief portfolio strategist. He is also a math professor at Columbia University, a job he has had for over 20 years. However, many years after her stint as an NCAA tennis player, Elaine was diagnosed with multiple sclerosis in 2009.
