What is the format of the event?

The format of The Match is similar to that of Ryder Cup’s. Both players will play each hole to shoot their lowest score. The one who cards a lower one will bag a point in their total tally. Over the course of 12 holes, the golfer with the most points wins the event. A tied hole will result in the point being divided between the two.
