Sweden’s Madelene Sagstrom has been making waves this year. She started her season with a forgettable 42nd-place finish at this year’s LPGA Drive On Champion that was held in January. Since then, however, it’s only been better!

In February, she even made it to the list of the top 10 in the Honda LPGA Thailand, despite all the heat and humidity that caught up to her! And now, after 36 holes at the DIO Implant LA Open, she stands at T2. The one constant through it all has been her bag. Through thick and thin, her equipment has assisted her, and now it may finally even lead her to her second LPGA win.

What does Madelene Sagstrom use off the tee?

For her 66.07% driving accuracy on the tour, the LPGA pro turns to the Callaway Paradym Ai Smoke Diamond 10.5 driver. She equips this with the Fujikura Speeder 665 Evolution II Tour Spec S shaft. Sagstrom utilizes this perfectly designed combination to achieve maximum precision while also driving huge distances.

For the woods in her bag, she has the Callaway Paradym Ai Smoke 16.5 degrees fairways wood, which is equipped with the Mitsubishi Tensei 1K Pro White 70 S shaft. These provide versatility, giving the best control to pros from tees and fairways.

Her hybrids and irons, too, are from Callaway. She used their Apex utility wood series, both with 19 and 23 degrees of loft, and the Callaway Apex UW 19 and 23 for her irons. Pairing them with the Mitsubishi Tensei 1K Pro White 70 S shaft enhances its precision and distance.

Mendelene Sagstrom’s choice for the greens

It is pretty much evident from her choices in clubs that Sagstrom puts a lot of faith in Callaway. And for her wedges and putter too, that doesn’t change. For the wedges, she uses the Callaway MD5 Jaws with a loft of 52 degrees with 10S bounce and 58 degrees with 08C bounce. They are equipped with the KBS Tour 90 R shafts.

Finally, on the greens, Sagstrom uses Callaway’s Odyssey O-Works Black Marxman putter. Equipped with the SuperStroke Zenergy Pistol Tour grip, which enhances its alignment and consistency, she’s been able to rank 74th on the entire tour with a putting average of 30! She also uses the Callaway Chrome Soft X ball and grips her other clubs with a Golf Pride Tour Velvet grip.
