Yesterday, she shared a clip of herself practicing her swings even on a Sunday morning. That was followed by a body massage to relax her muscles.

Today morning, the six-time LPGA Tour winner shared a picture on her Instagram story that brimmed with positivity and wellness. She also had a message to share that fans would be delighted to know.

The British golfer shared a picture of what appeared to be a smoothie she was having at Elaine of Sunningdale. Writing, “Health is wealth. Good mornings”, she wanted to remind her fans of the value of a healthy breakfast to kick-start the day. For professional golfers of Charley Hull’s caliber, what they eat and what elements they put in their bodies affect how long they can perform without getting fatigued.

The British golfer probably learned this the hard way last month when a niggling neck injury affected her performance. The six-time Solheim Cup champion lost two of the three matches that she played, including the final day singles against Danielle Kang. Most fans and analysts blamed her neck injury for the subpar performance.

Earlier this month, European supporters were curious to know the reason behind the kinesiology tape around Hull’s neck. Speaking to the media later, the ace golfer confirmed it was indeed due to a neck injury.
