In early July, the US Women’s Open Tournament pitted excellent female golfers against each other at the iconic Pebble Beach course. As one of the premier events in women’s golf, this championship brought together the best players from all over the world. Korda had a very poor performance at the US Women’s Open as she finished T64 on the leaderboard. Although the 25-year-old golfer did not do well in the competition, she made news with one stroke that delighted her fans. Nelly Korda is known for her smooth and technically sound strokes. At the US Open, she struck a superb wedge shot.
