One can never put a price tag on an athlete’s skills. And, such is especially the case when it comes to Nelly Korda, one of the best golfers that LPGA Tour currently boasts. After turning professional in 2016, the professional has propelled herself past many of her peers in the game. However, how much has she grown over the seven years?
A successful career does equal a lot of deals coming your way, making one a rich athlete of sorts. Despite a bumpy year in 2023, the female golfer has managed to keep her place inside the Rolex Rankings. The current world No. 5 had increased her tally of top-10 finishes to 55, out of which nine came this year. And this, in turn, has led her to amass a lot of money over the season.
The Solheim Cup star earned a total of $1,397,796 from her finishes in 2023, increasing her total earnings from the women’s circuit on the course to $8,937,273. Meanwhile, she managed the same from a total of 127 matches throughout her career, marking her at No.30 in the overall LPGA Career Money List and 20th on the 2023 Official Money List from 18 events.
Furthermore, as per Sportico, the American boasts a net worth of $7.9 million. But, if were to exclude her on-course earnings, the golfer earns a total of $6.5 million alone from her various sponsors and endorsements including a multi-year agreement with Nike along with other brands such as Cisco, Richard Mille, Hanwha, Franklin Resources, Whoop, and Titleist. This has, indubitably, led her to rank 10th among the highest-paid female athletes in the world in 2023.
Meanwhile, Korda was one of the highest-paid female athletes in 2022, owing to the performance she was able to put up on the scoreboard. However, while she does rank amongst the top in terms of money earned in 2023, her on-course display has been nothing short of bumpy during the 2022-23 season.

Korda’s performance in the 7th year of her pro career
The professional boasts just a single win in the year from the Aramco Team Series – London, where she was able to score 11-under 208 over the three days. Coming to her other finishes, the 25-year-old managed to place a total of nine times inside the top 10, not including the T4 finish at the recent co-sanctioned event with Tony Finau.

Nevertheless, a rough season did not mean a downward spiral for the golfer on the list. Instead, the pro saw herself climbing the ranks of the highest-paid female athletes as per the 2023 list, jumping a total of 3 places from 13 in 2022 to the 10th position. Moreover, this was possible mainly because of the number of deals that the American was able to sign, including that with Nike this year. Well, regardless of her worth, Korda’s fans would be hoping to see a better golfer on the greens in 2024.
