The BMW Ladies Championship is being held at the LPGA International Busan, originally known as Asiad Country Club. Owned by the LPGA, the course is set in the beautiful city of Busan in South Korea, from October 20-24. Moreover, the 154-player field is all set, and this event marks the first event on the Asian swing of the tour.

In a highly anticipated week for golf, a strong contingent of Korean players will meet some of the best from the LPGA tour. Top players like Jin Young Ko, Sei Young Kim, Lydia Ko, and many more will be present at the $2 million purse event. Furthermore, 23 of the top 50 from the Rolex Women’s World Golf Ranking will be present to compete for the trophy.

LPGA offers squid game dalgona candy to all golfers
Squid Game: the most-watched original series on Netflix that has taken over hearts all over the world. The LPGA Tour, prior to the launch of the event, handed out the viral honeycomb candy to the participants. The official LPGA Instagram account shared a boomerang video of the souvenir provided to everyone.

Danielle Kang, who is present at the event, shared a picture of her umbrella-shaped candy. Unfortunately, just a few minutes later she posted another picture. This time, it was of a shattered candy, labelled, “omg I dropped it.”
