Ko faced a challenging day on Thursday as she recorded a one-over-73 score during the first round of the AIG Women’s Open. Following the round, Ko took the opportunity to discuss her experience. Specifically, she shared a funny incident when she played the 16th hole.

After she took her shot, Ko’s caddie came to her and told her that he was English that he knows the English golf club like the back of his hand, and that she should trust him with his suggestions. “So it’s gonna be fun tomorrow and over the weekend,” Ko replied, relating the incident in a humorous way.
