English professional golfer Charley Hull, who has a thriving game history in both the Ladies European Tour and LPGA Tour, had been subjected to two significant blowbacks this year. Firstly, in the iconic Pebble Beach tournament, the US Women’s Open where she missed the first position for a difference in score by 3 points from Allisen Corpuz and ended up at T2, with a score of 6-under par. Then again, her gameplay fell short for the Aramco Team Series, London, where this talented player was leading the competition after the first round but lastly ended up at T2 after Nelly Korda on the leaderboard.

Now, as the major of the LPGA Tour, the 2023 Amundi Evian Championship, approaches ahead this week at the Evian Resort Golf Club. And the best golfers from around the world are making trips to France in order to participate and witness the competition. But, the question lies, will the LPGA Pro Charley Hull participate in this most coveted major of 2023, after falling short twice in two other events in the same year?

Hull has had her heart set on this title for quite some time. And that is why year after year she had been participating to examine her luck in winning the trophy. Again in 2021, her total score of 6-under par got Hull in the 25th place on the leaderboard. Similarly, in 2019, she finished at T30, while Jin Young Ko stole the winner’s prize.
