LPGA giant Michelle Wie West is enjoying her life post-retirement. After officially stepping away from the green, clearly, West won’t be involved in as much activity as she was while actively playing and participating on an everyday basis.
But being an athlete, the 2014 US Open winner never compromises with her health. With her latest social media update, she has given her fans a preview of how she is maintaining fitness. And fans are loving the new update from her in which she flaunts the one thing she wished she had while she was still playing!

Aside from being a professional golfer, West is also a social butterfly. She has a huge fan base, and she regularly keeps them entertained by sharing updates on her life. And after embracing retirement, she is increasingly treating her fans to regular posts on Instagram.
In her latest post, she is sharing her post-retirement workout. Firstly, she does 30 minutes on the treadmill she recently bought for fitness purposes. The ex-pro golfer also simultaneously checked her emails. She then proceeds to do 30-minute infrared sauna sessions in her small sauna, which she has placed in her garden.
West even shared the following benefits of this routine of hers: These include anti-aging, promoting detoxification, improving heart health, and increasing immunity. The golfer claims that it also helps with muscle recovery, relaxation, better sleep, and weight loss. She wrote in the caption, “We recently got a @sunlightensaunas and it’s the one thing I really wish I had while I was playing. My sleep is better and my body feels so fresh. Plus being able to watch Netflix inside the sauna makes the time go by soo much faster during your session.”

West has always been active on the greens and in the gym while she was a pro. And now that she’s left behind the officialism of the game, the golfer is finding new ways to keep herself physically fit, which further improves mental health as well. And the way the fans reacted, they were totally in support of her!

West’s fans quickly commented on how cool this new regimen of hers is. Some even shared their own experience of using the sauna.
This fan’s sister has a similar sauna in her office, and she likes it best. “My sister has one of these in her office and it’s the BEST sauna!!”

However, this fan wants an ice sauna to train in.
